Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 19th, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The Local Golf Simulators (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of one-third (1/3) of the total service fee is required to confirm and hold your booking.

  • Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due [at the conclusion of the event]

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made [10 days] or more prior to the event: Deposit is forfeited, but no additional charges apply.

  • Cancellations made within [5 days ] of the event: Up to 50% of the total booking fee may be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: 100% of the total booking fee may be charged

  • Rescheduling is permitted at our discretion and subject to availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power supply, and safe setup conditions for the simulator.

  • The client must provide access to the venue at least [2 hours] before the event for setup and calibration.

  • The client is responsible for supervising guests and ensuring proper use of the equipment.

4. Liability & Damages

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for any damages to equipment, venue, or property caused by Client or guests during the event.

  • The Local Golf Simulators is not liable for injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment, unsafe play, or venue-related hazards.

  • In the event of damages, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages, accidents, or other unforeseen events).

6. Payments & Charges

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

  • Financial information will only be used to process your booking, balance payments, or damage-related charges.

  • Legal action may be taken if the remaining ⅔ payment is not fulfilled after a worked event.

7. Use of Photos & Media

  • By booking our services, you grant permission for The Local Golf Simulators to capture and use photos or video clips from your event for marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing before the event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas
